LUNCHEONS. Sometimes, when we have guests, we set the whole meal around just one wine. Be careful, it’s not as easy as it sounds. A few examples: If the dishes consist of first courses based on rice, white meats or fish and fresh cheeses, then we’d opt for the refined elegance of a white wine such as the Tenuta Polvaro Chardonnay D.O.C.
