Lison Pramaggiore has become synonymous with fine wines and the whites particularly embody the essence of Eastern Veneto, a region heralded among the most suitable for high quality production, thanks to its unique pedoclimatic characteristics. The temperature range, between day and night, favours the balance of primary aromas, while the depth of the soil, combined with its constituent elements, mature the grapes to perfection in order to obtain a complex and elegant wine.

Tenuta Polvaro Gold I.G.P.

Good balance of slightly calcareous clays, rich in macro and micro elements.
Spurred cordon training system, with a planting density of 4.000 vines per hectare on average, and a production of 80 quintals per hectare on average.
End of August, beginning of September.
After a soft pressing, part of the must is fermented in French Oak barriques for 5 months, while the remainder is collected into the Mythos tanks, whose high technology allows the CO2 from the fermentation process of gently and sustainably shifts the must, ensuring that all the main characteristics of the grapes naturally contribute to the creation of the wine, all at a temperature of 18° C. At the end of this phase, the three varieties are assembled to form the final blend. The subsequent maturation takes place, for 4-5 months, in steel tanks with bâtonnage on the yeasts to infuse the wine with a sense of softness and elegance.
I.G.P. Trevenezie
The combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Traminer renders fresh flavors of apple, apricot and pink grapefruit. The aromas of honeysuckle and white pepper enhance its softness and fresh acidity. The Tenuta Polvaro Gold I.G.P. is excellent for food pairing, but also proves to be a perfect meditation wine. Ideally paired with a first course, white meat, seafood and a variety of cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.
Tenuta Polvaro Lison Classico D.O.C.G.

Guyot pruning training system, average density 4,000 plants per hectare, average yield 80 quintals per hectare.
Mid September.
The grapes are delicately destemmed and cold macerated for a short time. Subsequently the must is collected in Mythos tanks, whose high technology allows the CO2 to gently and sustainably move the most during fermentation, ensuring that the main characteristics of the grapes are delicately transferred to the wine. At the end of the procedure, a part of the wine is left to decant on its lees in steel containers with frequent bâtonnage; while 30% of it ages in French oak barriques for 4 months.
D.O.C.G. Lison Classico
Tenuta Polvaro Lison Classico D.O.C.G. releases an intense aroma, with fruity and floral notes. The taste is soft, persistent and elegant with a soft entry into the mouth that releases notes of dried and exotic fruit, with a slight mineral note. The aftertaste leaves a pleasant almond sensation. Ideal with savory first courses, fish and white meats. Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.
Tenuta Polvaro Chardonnay D.O.C.

Beginning of September.
The grapes are delicately de-stemmed and cryo-macerated for a short period. Subsequently the must is collected in the Mythos tanks, whose advanced technology allows the CO2 from the fermentation process to gently and sustainably shift the must, ensuring that the main characteristics of the grapes are maintained all the way to the wine. At the end of the procedure, a part of the wine is left with the lees in the stainless steel containers and subjected to weekly bâtonnage; while 30% ages in French Oak barriques for 4 months.
D.O.C. Venezia
The Tenuta Polvaro Chardonnay D.O.C. releases an intense, round and ample aroma with hints of white fruit, ripe apple, white peach and yellow tropical fruit. The taste is full, complex and velvety with a soft entry in the mouth, which releases notes of pear, enriched by a citrus freshness. The aftertaste leaves a pleasant sensation of white and yellow fruit. Ideally paired with first courses, white meat, fish dishes and a variety of fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.
Tenuta Polvaro Pinot Grigio D.O.C.

Good balance of slightly calcareous clays, rich in macro and micro elements.
Spurred cordon training system, with a planting density of 4.000 vines per hectare on average, and a production of 90 quintals per hectare on average.
Beginning of September.
The Tenuta Polvaro Pinot Grigio D.O.C. preparation requires a soft pressing. The must is then vinified for 8 days at 18° C, to maintain freshness and a fruity note. The wine rests on the lees for 6 months contained in stainless steel tanks with daily bâtonnage and matures in French Oak barriques.
D.O.C. Venezia
Dry, soft and well structured. Straw yellow in color with golden reflections, the Tenuta Polvaro Pinot Grigio D.O.C. is a full-bodied wine, which is pleasantly soft on the palate. Aromas of fruit and delicate flowers are completed with hints of green apple and Williams pears, to end with a complex and persistent finish. Ideal with grilled chicken, hard cheeses and fish dishes. Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.
