Tenuta Polvaro Gold I.G.P.
Vintage 2020. The combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Traminer renders fresh flavors of apple, apricot and pink grapefruit. The aromas of honeysuckle and white pepper enhance its softness and fresh acidity.
The Tenuta Polvaro Gold I.G.P. is excellent for food pairing, but also proves to be a perfect meditation wine. Ideally paired with a first course, white meat, seafood and a variety of cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.
