The Polvaro Lison Classico D.O.C.G. grapes are the symbol of our territory. They are born in a tenacious soil, rich in calcareous clays and macro and micro elements, from vineyards that are particularly well exposed to the sun.
The term “Classico” enhances the position of our vineyards, within the micro-area recognized in the Lison DOCG area for its particular vocation for the cultivation of this vine.
The grape has a straw-yellow color full of golden reflections, complete in its primary aromatic expressions, combined with a good structure with the right sapidity. The result is an important, refined and well-structured wine.
Ideal with savory first courses, fish and white meats. Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.
