The Tenuta Polvaro Prosecco D.O.C. Rosè Extra Dry is delicately pink, bright and with a long and persistent perlage. It is a very complex wine with typical Prosecco characteristics with a pronounced hint of apple, red fruit and strawberry versatile from aperitif to after dinner.
Excellent with seasonal vegetable risotto, cured meat, fish and white meat. Serving temperature 8°-10° C.
