Serve at a chilled temperature between 8-10°C in a narrow-mouthed white wine glass.
Harvest and Vinification Notes
The grapes are delicately destemmed and left in cryomaceration for a short period. They are then pressed delicately and the must obtained is clarified by settling. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vessels.
